Microneeding
Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure ( also know as Collagen Induction Therapy) that uses small, sterilized needles to prick the skin by using a professional device called DR pen which is one of the best devices in the industry. The skin is penetrated with Hydraulic Acid and a multi vitamin complex to help rejuvenate your skins appearance.
The purpose of this treatment is to generate new collagen and skin tissue to smooth, firm, and tone skin. It is mostly used on the face and reduces the appearance of acne, scars, dark spots, wrinkles, and large pores. Microneedling has gained popularity for its growing list of benefits. Rejuvenating and plumping the skin with minimal discomfort and very little downtime. It can be adjusted to fit each person’s needs and is suitable for all skin types.
What can I expect:
Usually with a thorough consultation, treatment and aftercare given, the total treatment time takes about 45 minutes for the face and neck, but depending on other areas of the body treatment time may vary. Although the treatment is minimally painful, we can apply an anaesthetic cream 15 minutes before the treatment. With minimal downtime, Micro-needling can be fitted in around your normal daily routine.

What can I expect:
Treatment time takes approximately thirty minutes and whilst not painful, it can be slightly uncomfortable so an anesthetic cream can be used if skin is a little sensitive.
With minimal downtime – a little bruising and swelling may occur but it will be short lived and should settle within 24 hours – skin will become more radiant, hydrated, nourished and firmer with an improved texture.
A course of 3-6 sessions are advised every two weeks with maintenance treatments 1-2 times a year.

BB Glow
BB glow treatment is a minimally invasive and non-surgical procedure that uses a highly effective tinted pigment, applied by using a microneedle to penetrate the skin. It stimulates skin rejuvenation and collagen production. Leading to less freckles, less wrinkles and brighter, more radiant skin.
What can I expect:
BB glow takes about 1 hour, including skin preparation time. You will see instant results after the first session, but you may require 4 sessions with 2 week intervals for long lasting effective results. You can visit us for maintenance treatment every 4 to 5 months.
A cleanser based on your skin type to deep cleanse your skin will be used. They will choose a BB glow serum, based on your desired shade and infuse it into your skin using the microneedling pen.
Then apply a mask over the serum to prevent dryness. You will receive anti-aging benefits from the serum and microneedling two weeks after the treatment as your skin will naturally rejuvenate itself. There is no downtime and you can resume your normal activities. You may experience temporary tightness, redness, or irritation after the treatment.

Dermaplaning
Dermaplaning is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure for your skin. We use a special instrument to shave away the uppermost layers of your skin.
Dermaplaning can help reduce the appearance of acne scars or other skin imperfections by revealing newer, undamaged skin. It can make your skin look younger; though, it doesn’t stop the aging process. Some people also get dermaplaning for hair removal. This is only a temporary fix because your hair will grow back.
Most people get the procedure on their face, but you can do it anywhere on your body.
What can I expect:
Dermaplaning doesn’t require general anesthesia, we may use a numbing cream on your face about half an hour before the procedure.
You might feel a scratching or stinging sensation on your skin, but dermaplaning usually isn’t painful.
A special instrument called a dermatomeis used to remove hair and skin cells. The tool looks a bit like an electric razor. The dermatome has a small blade that moves back and forth across your skin. It doesn’t make cuts in your skin, but gently shaves off the top layers of skin.

Chemical Peels
Chemical peels are cosmetic treatments that can be applied to the face, hands, and neck. They’re used to improve the appearance or feel of the skin.
During this procedure, chemical solutions will be applied to the area being treated, which causes the skin to exfoliate. Once this happens, the new skin underneath is often smoother, appears less wrinkled, and may have less damage.
What can I expect:
To begin, we will cleanse your skin and protect your hair and eyes. Pain medication is not required for a superficial peel; you will be provided with a sedative and painkiller for a medium peel.
During the procedure, the acid will be applied to your skin with a brush, cotton ball or sponge. Some tingling is expected during a light peel with increased intensity plus burning for a medium peel.
Glycolic acid peels are classified as very superficial at 30%–50% concentrations applied for 1–2 minutes

LED Light Therapy
LED light therapy is a popular noninvasive skin treatment for acne, sun damage, wounds, and other skin problems. The treatment uses varying wavelengths of light to trigger the skin’s natural healing processes to repair the skin. Several treatments are necessary to see results.
blue light
Experts believe that blue LED light reduces activity in the sebaceous glands, which are small oil-producing glands in the skin. This reduction in activity causes the glands to produce less oil, possibly improving acne symptoms.
Blue light may also kill a type of bacteria that contributes to acne by causing inflammation.
Red light
Red LED light may improve scarring and signs of aging, such as wrinkles. It does this by acting on fibroblasts, which are skin cells that are responsible for collagen production.
Collagen is a protein in the skin and other connective tissues. It plays a role in skin healing. The body produces less collagen as a person ages, which causes the skin to show signs of aging.
Red light also reduces skin inflammation.
What can I expect:
We like to offer LED light therapy at the end of every treatment to increase the collagen in the skin and speed up the healing process. Clean goggles are put over the eyes and the LED light is placed over the head, whilst you are laying down comfortable. Duration is between 10-20 mins.

Profhilo

It contains one of the highest concentrations of pure hyaluronic acid on the market at 62mg per 2ml syringe, ‘It targets multiple layers of the skin to restore firmness, tone and elasticity at levels that cannot be achieved through the application of skincare products onto the skin surface alone.’

A 30 minute complimentary consultation and patch test is required for all new clients. A medical history will be documented and an assessment will be made on your skin to determine suitability. We will also discuss your desired look and chosen treatment method in detail.
Prices include a complementary 6-12 week top up to complete the treatment to ensure pigment is retained. Results last 12 -18 months.
